Chapter proposal submitted to EMLA

The founding team has submitted the establishment proposal for the Jimma University Medical Laboratory Students Association (JUMLSA) to the Ethiopian Medical Laboratory Association (EMLA). The proposal sets out the chapter’s purpose, how it will be governed, ten planned programmes and a first-year plan for 2026/27.

EMLA will now review the proposal. If EMLA recognises the chapter, the first elections will confirm the Executive Committee. We will post updates on this page.
